Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or official communication.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Deposits or booking fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour date will incur 50% cancellation charges.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days.
